General Information and Logistics for TOHR Agriculture Festival Day Event Food and Beverage Vendors (allowed to sell products)
The Taste Agriculture Festival, a family day event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It will be free and open to the public. As a Vendor, you will be allowed to sell food or beverages, and there will be nominal fee of $25.00. You must obtain a Special Event Food Establishment Permit, as well as a Food Handlers’ Education Certificate. You will need to provide your own tent/ booth, chairs, tables, hand-washing station and gloves.
There is a nominal fee of $25.00 for vendors selling products. Please go to the Paypal button below to pay online. Alternatively, you could mail your check to Taste of the Hawaiian Range, c/o UH, 875 Komohana St., Hilo, HI 96720.
Other forms that you must print out, fill in, sign, and send in by September 10 to TasteAgFest@outlook.com are:

Permits, food handler’s certificate, and signed forms must be scanned & emailed to Susan Miyasaka at TasteAgFest@outlook.com. Alternatively, they can be xeroxed and mailed to Taste of the Hawaiian Range, c/o UH, 875 Komohana St., Hilo, HI 96720. Deadline: September 10, 2018.
